1. House Cleaning
Blue Mountain Concierge provides a house cleaning service that is second to none. Our cleaning staff are experienced, and professional and will clean your home to the highest standards. Our cleaners are bonded, insured, and trained to deliver on our 50 Point Cleaning Checklist.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We use and provide environmentally friendly supplies and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your home, with a few exceptions.
We do not provide the following specialty products:
- Heavy-duty bathroom cleaners
- Hardwood floor cleaners
- Stainless steel cleaner
We are happy to use any of these items if left out for our cleaning staff, including directions on their use.
What if I just had renovation work done?
After you have spent the time and effort to complete your home renovations, wouldn’t it be nice to truly get rid of all the dust and have a final detailing of your home before getting settled back in? Is there manager oversight?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our quality control. An onsite manager typically joins the cleaners on their first clean and follows up periodically to ensure we consistently do a great job.
Billing
All cleans are invoiced once monthly, and we prefer to have our monthly invoice paid by an email bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments. Gratuities may be paid in cash and, although not required, are always appreciated by our cleaners.
3. Handyman Services
Are you tired of putting off those minor household repairs? Our home handyman service will ensure that home repair help is on the way!
It doesn’t matter whether you need to take care of a small repair job or a large one. You can count on us to repair almost anything in your home or condo.

Our handyman rate is $70 per hour for most services, with a minimum three-hour booking required.
4. Preferred Service Providers:
We know that a specialized service provider is often required. You may need work done but don’t know who you can trust or what local company to call. Choosing the wrong contractor can be a very costly mistake. We have a network of Preferred Service Providers that we work with to deliver the highest-quality service, including:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Handyman work
- Electrical
- Painting
- General Contracting
- HVAC (heating and air conditioner repairs and maintenance)
- Lawn Care, Gardening & Landscaping
- Snow removal
- Eaves trough cleaning
What We Don’t Do:

Blue Mountain Concierge is not a Vacation Rental Service nor a Rental Property Management Company.

We do not look after Airbnb, VRBO, or Short-Term Rental Properties; nor do we handle bookings, deposits, or rental payments.

Also, we do not handle rental property cleanings, laundry service, or check-in/check-out security deposit inspections.

We are happy to provide all services for long-term and seasonal rentals or properties used by the occasional guest or visiting family.
