Hourly Service Rates:

  • Our service rate is $80 per hour for most services and housecleaning is currently $65.00 per hour.
  • There is a one-hour minimum charge, and after that, we bill in 15-minute increments.
  • Charges incur from the time we leave our Collingwood office to the end of the scheduled service.
  • The first 30 km are included in the cost of our services. Any additional mileage is billed at the rate of $ .51 per km.
  • Your services are invoiced once per month, and our preferred payment method is by an e-mail bank transfer, although in specific circumstances, we do accept cash and major credit cards.
  • Any emergency calls after 7 pm on weekdays, weekends, or Statutory Holidays are billed at time and a half.

Our Policies:

  • Blue Mountain Concierge uses a one-page simplified property management agreement. We charge a $100 file setup fee that includes a walkthrough of your property to make all the necessary descriptive notes and special requests. The agreement covers the first 12 months and can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice.
  • We will collect a retainer based on the scope of our duties; however, there are no minimum monthly fees charged. You will only pay for the service hours required billed against your retainer on file.
  • We apply a $50 cancellation fee for cleaning or service appointments not cancelled by 3 pm the day before the appointment date.
  • Our hourly rates reflect the charges for services provided by Blue Mountain Concierge staff only and do not include any additional costs for materials or supplies.
  • Any services rendered by our Preferred Service Providers are billed at their then-current hourly rate for that particular trade.

What We Don’t┬áDo:

  • Blue Mountain Concierge is not a Vacation Rental Service or a Rental Property Management Company.
  • We do not look after Airbnb, VRBO, or Short-Term Rental Properties; nor do we handle bookings, deposits, or rental payments.
  • Also, we do not handle rental property cleanings, laundry service, or check-in/check-out security deposit inspections.
  • We are happy to provide all services for long-term and seasonal rentals or properties used by the occasional guest or visiting family.

  • We will only share information you expressly consent to provide to a Preferred Service Provider to carry out services for you.
